Those looking to escape kitchen duties can hire any caterer they wish.
The kitchen is located adjacent to the Hall. The appliances include a restaurant-quality and -capacity refrigerator, freezer, gas oven, 6-burner gas stove, two gas convection ovens, steamer, ice machine and 2 dishwashers (one of which washes a load in just 53 seconds).
There are also a number of small appliances including a microwave, crockpot and toaster.
There is cookware, bakeware, serveware, and white Corning Pyroceram dinnerware.
Use of the kitchen is priced a-la-carte. Need just the sinks, garbage and recycling? No charge. Need just the ice machine and the refrigerator? Need to cook here? Please email info@burlmhcc.org or call (609) 387-3875.

Bake 3,600 (300 dozen) cookies per rental!
Need to bake for your friends, family or church bake sale?
If you make 3” sugar cookies that take 10 minutes to bake, 20-up on an 18×26” baking sheet, on each of the 10 (total) racks in 2 of our ovens,* over 3 hours of a 4 hour rental (leaving an hour for warm up and clean up), you will have made 3,240 (270 dozen) cookies for your friends and family.
The 10 racks can actually hold a 20×26½” tray. *There is also a gas standard oven with 2 racks that can each hold a 20×25¾” tray. If you use it too, you’ll have even more cookies.
Servicing Area for Retail Food Establishments
Need to bake for your clients or food truck?
N.J.A.C. 8:24-3.2 (a) 2 states that a “Food prepared in a private home shall not be used or offered for human consumption in a retail food establishment.” Until NJ adopts a cottage food law, you are welcome to rent our commercial kitchen.
We’ll need:
- Copy of New Jersey Certificate of Authority (sales tax document)
- Copy of paperwork required by Burlington County Health Department and signed by us
- Rental Agreement which includes
- Copy of driver’s license
- Certificate of Insurance naming us as Additional Insured
- $500 processing fee
- $300 Security Deposit before first rental
- Rental fees:

- Food prep, cooking – $ -/hr.
- Refrigerator – $-/week
- Freezer – $-/week
- Dry storage – $-/month, single cabinet
- Waste water disposal $-/occurence
All use is subject to availability that day or week. Priority for use goes to Hall rentals, which are usually Saturday, Friday and Sunday.

We’d love that too! We have conference amenities and a 2-story, 7-room dormitory of 88 twin beds.

• 2 Vulcan 40,000-BTU Gas Convection Ovens
• 6-burner 26,000 BTU Vulcan Gas Restaurant Range Model No. 36L with 35,000 BTU/hr. standard oven that measures 26.25″ w x 22″ d x 14.5″ h. Thermostat adjusts from 150° to 500°F.
• 48 cu. ft. Continental Reach-in Refrigerator Model No. 2R-SS
• 23 cu. ft. Arctic Air Reach-in Freezer Model No. AF23
• Cooking utensils including measuring cups, metal and plastic mixing bowls
• Edlund Manual Can Opener Size No. 2 (for cans up to 7” tall)
• Hobart semi-automatic Rack-type dishwashing machine Model No. AM14C – wash a rack in 53 seconds!
• Three-tub Eagle stainless sink
• Eagle hand washing sink
