The Broadcast

The webinars for the Walk to Wyalusing will be broadcast live, online using Zoom. There will be about 30 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of a question and answers session. Each household that wishes to attend a webinar must register for each webinar, one-webinar-at-a-time, even if they have previously signed up to participate in the Walk to Wyalusing. Technology

Webinar attendees:

  • do NOT need their own Zoom accounts
  • do NOT need a computer. They can join by telephone.
  • do NOT need a computer with a camera. They will not be seen unless we invite them to be a panelist.
  • do NOT need a computer with a microphone. They will not be heard unless we invite them to be a panelist.
  • can join through an internet browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.) or the Zoom client from
    • desktop computer
    • laptop computer
    • mobile device
    • Zoom Room

Keys

We will manually approve all registrations within 24 hours of having received them.

Zoom will then send you a confirmation email. The email will contain all the information you need to join the webinar. Save and/or print this email.

Entering

  • Do not try to join the webinar more than 10 minutes before it is to start.
  • Follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent to you by Zoom.
